Service Consultant

Duties and Responsibilities

• Act as liasion between customers and service technicians regarding vehicle problems
• Provide world-class customer service
• Make service recommendations and go over the maintenance schedule with the customer
• Present the facts/needs of the car to the customer

Qualifications

• Proven track record in the automotive service industry
• Must work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of automotive systems and technical resources
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Automotive Service Technician

• Provide quality automotive services by performing inspections/diagnosis/repairs and maintenance safely and efficiently
• Deliver world-class customer service

• Accredited training
• Previous related experience with proven results

• Responsible for selling vehicles and meeting sales goals
• Determine customer automotive needs by listening and asking questions
• Provide world-class customer service to create customer loyalty
• Demonstrate vehicle features to customers

• Proven track record of sales success strongly preferred
• Must demonstrate a strong work ethic and a professional image
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license

• Responsible for appearance of vehicles for lot and delivery
• Miscellaneous Lot attendant duties
