| Lexus has always had a sophisticated and classy reputation in my mind. However, I didn't realize that the entire buying process would be so easy, so sophisticated, and such a great experience. Mr. Thom Van was a true pleasure to work with. He made my husband and I feel right at home; comfortable and welcomed. It was as if we were buying a car from an old friend. We started looking at the IS 250 late on a Saturday afternoon and never once did he seem that he was anxious to leave for the day. We took our time making our decision and he was happy to answer any questions we had. We never felt rushed. We made the decision to purchase the IS 250 that day in part because Thom was great to work with and Lexus Financial offered us a great deal. When the day came to pick up my car, I was too excited to wait until my 6:00 P.M. appointment. I called Thom and told him I would be 3 hours early. Without sweat, he had everything ready and I drove away in my new IS with a huge smile on my face. Thanks again to Thom Van and to the Lexus of Peoria family for making this a wonderful experience.
